Fit Treat is designed to change the way you move. I'm here to make you stronger and happier with different styles of training.

For me, exercise is not what you do in a studio, it is a way of life.

 

I teach my clients how to use what they learn here in their everyday life. That includes how to stand, sit and move correctly and how to breathe. My goal is to give my clients the tools so that they are empowered to live and move in a more healthy way.

 

The classes fuse together the latest innovations in functional movement training, HIIT, cardio and mobility work. No matter your fitness level, you’ll work up a sweat and be challenged. I create sessions that are tailored to your individual needs, considering any health concerns, injuries and mood.
